Reckon Docs Price Changes

Reckon Docs is now issuing a new price list effective from 1 July 2010. You will be delighted to hear that Reckon Docs will absorb most of the increased ASIC fees from 1 July for company transactions, resulting in minimal changes to prices on new company registrations.

Orders for new Companies, Trusts and SMSFs are entitled to receive a one-year complimentary subscription to Reckon software.

Reckon Docs Online celebrates its 1st birthday with much success and a broad client base due to the efficiency and ease of ordering online. Reckon Docs Online now offers a wider range of products which include account based pensions, SMSF upgrades and replacement deeds. If you are not an existing Reckon Docs Online user and wish to order online, please send an e-mail to accountmangement@reckon.com.au or speak to a representative on 1300 139 001. All fax and e-mail orders will be charged an administration fee of $22.00.

Summary of changes:

• Reckon Docs absorbing most of the increase in company related ASIC fees
• Reduction in price for Instalment Warrant Deeds and packages
• New products launched:
  • Standard SMSF Instalment Warrant package;
  • Share Holder Agreement;
  • Partnership Agreement;
  • Unit Holder Agreement;
  • Disability Trust;

  • Change to share structures.
• New products offered through Reckon Docs online:
  • Account based pensions (includes Transition-to-retirement);
  • Standard SMSF upgrade and Deed of confirmation (Replacement deed); and
  • Strategist SMSF upgrade and Deed of confirmation (Replacement deed).
• Introducing a $22.00 administration fee for fax and e-mail orders
